We have been in business since 2000 offering throught party plan and now for the last 4 years with a shop in Simsbury, CT.
In our shop we receive beautiful items from our numerous consigners. We offer our consigner a wonderful opportunity to sell their belongs. Some itms are placed on our floor and some are placed on our Auctiva/Ebay store. We add on an average 100 new items daily onto our floor and strive to have at least 100 or so items on our Auctiva/Ebay Store every week. So watch us grow, we are on our way and will be bringing many lovely items your way.

Shipping:
Domestic and international shipping will be completed within 3 business days from receiving payment. If paid on Friday - Sunday it will be shipped by the following Wednesday.
Policies:
Returns are not accepted unless we have failed to describe the item correctly. Notification of a return must be received within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Once the item has been received by TOCC Boutique your paypal account will be credited for the price of the product only, all shipping cost are the responsibility of the purchaser.
